If you find that our products don't lead to visible improvements in your skin within 60 days of purchase, simply drop us an email at help@organicthesis.com. We'll happily provide a free exchange or refund, and there's no need to return the product.

This policy allows one return per product within the 60-day period. We value every customer but reserve the right to determine product suitability. If we find a product may not be right for your skin, we may decline subsequent purchases. Refunds will not cover delivery charges and are capped at 75 Euros within any 60-day span.
